Markus har en mening!

Høyre, FRP, Venstre og KrF har nå dannet en ny regjering i Norge og blitt enig om en regjeringsplattform som drar oss tilbake i tid. I den nye plattformen så har regjeringen bestemt at det er de som skal bestemme over nordmenns liv på det groveste. I en verden hvor de fleste land begynner endelig å få flere rettigheter og muligheter til å styre sine egne liv så har Norge bestemt seg at de vet det beste for alle i Norge. Sitatet over ble spyd ut av lederen av et parti som nå sitter i regjering. Dagen etter kom han selvfølgelig med unnskylding og at han ikke fikk nok tid til å forklare seg.

Det jeg sa var at vi må legge til rette for disse familiene. Klarer man å bære frem ett barn, bør vi som samfunn legge til rette for at du skal kunne bære frem to, sier han videre.

Det er kjempeflott at han har kommet med en beklagelse og at han mente det var krøkkete sagt men jeg mener vi burde begynne å stille politikere hardere til veggs når de kommer med slik uttalelser. Faktumet er at når han ble utfordret på sitt syn i en stressende situasjonen så sa han akkurat det han mente. I Norge så har vi flere partier som har ulike verdisyn og det er kjempefint, det er det som gjør vårt demokrati så flott men vi må begynne å ta det våre politikere mer seriøst fordi en slik kommentert viser akkurat hva slags verdisyn våre politikere og partier har. Ønsker vi å bli styrt av politikere som forteller oss hvordan vi burde leve våre liv?

I am still running!(updated 30.09)

Update 30.09: Added last run.

About a week ago I decided to start training for a marathon next year. First I wanted to start strong with a training session every other day but this was too much. I have started running 3 times a week and the two first weeks I will run 3,5 km and then I will go up to 5,5 km. Right now I am not looking at my time or average pace but rather getting motivation from getting faster although its only 3,5 km. It’s important to stay motivated and having a schedule that fits your lifestyle is important. I hope I can motivate someone reading this wanting to start training as well. I post updates to my Instagram if you want to follow along, I am going to try to update my blog once week with a little update. After every run I will also update the recent blog post with my running times.

I think its just as important to work on your core strengt as well, thats why I am tracking my push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and back-ups.

I have also started tracking what I eat and how much I weigh(App: Lifesum). After 4 days of tracking I have found out that I don’t eat enough calories to go up in weight. I have weighed between 57-61kg my whole life. I would like to go up to 68kg. I don’t really get hungry so I  have to start eating breakfast, lunsj and dinner even though I am not hungry if I want to go up in weight.

Today I will go out and buy a smart scale, that tracks body fat and muscle percentage. After some research I think the Nokia Body+ scale fits my needs. Beware that these sBody+_&_Health-Mate_EN.pngmart scales are not perfect, the readings has a lot to do with your body shape. It uses conductive charges to see the resistance in your body, if you are person who is pear shaped most of the body fat is around your hip, that means it will give a wrong reading. My body fat is mostly spread out, so it will give the best reading for my body type. What is important is that you are consistent with when you take your readings, for example every morning after you have gone to the toilet, because yes, poo and piss will show as resistance and the scale will think its body fat.
